This consultation concerns: the development of the Notre-Dame island of Cougnes urban area of almost 1 ha covered by the Safeguard and Development Plan (PMSV) and the Planning and Programming Guidelines (OAP). This site is owned by the city of La Rochelle, which wishes to build it:
— an underground car park with 400 seats,
— the future social and cultural centre Christiane Faure and its outdoor areas.
The estimated amount of the works is EUR 18 200 000 excluding tax (value, February 2018). This is an architectural and engineering competition with a more sketch.
A BIM digital process will be put in place at all stages of the project (studies, works, maintenance).
