This contract concerns the execution of the execution studies and works relating to the services of phase 2 of the creation of a works base on the Saintes site integrated into the National Master Plan for Works Bases. This redevelopment and development of the service routes is planned and integrated into the programme for the regeneration of the 500 000 line between Niort and Saintes.
