Description

Halton Borough Council is proud to offer a real opportunity for innovative exciting, new, experienced and suitably qualified providers to deliver an Integrated Youth Support Provision, with a targeted and early intervention focus.
The provision will be provided across Halton for young people aged 10 to 19 years, up to 25 years for young people with additional needs.
The Provision will be provided through the VRMZ outreach bus, street based outreach support and include some school/centre based targeted activities. Young people to have a positive and active role in their communities and the wider society.
Halton's ambition is to build stronger, safer communities which are able to support the development and learning of children and young people so they grow up feeling safe, secure, happy and healthy and ready to be Halton's present and Halton's future.
To ensure that resources are targeted effectively to meet the needs of young people in Halton. We will be providing services in the areas where there is greater need. Services will be delivered in the right place and at the right time for young people to access.
