The subject of the public contract is the elaboration of the project documentation of the new building for the provision of social services of the contributory organization of the Olomouc Region Home for the elderly Jesenec, with its registered office at Jesenec 1, 798 53 Jesenec, ID: 71197702. The project will include an analysis of operating costs, with a variant solution of energy sources and energy intensity influenced by the technical solution of the pavilion. The analysis will result in 3 variants of investment vs. operating costs, with a 10-year outlook (‘Operating Cost Analysis’). The documentation will include all professional parts, in particular ZTI, heating, cooling, MR, VZT, weak current, wiring, interior equipment, medical technologies and their distribution, machinery, rainwater management and their reuse, design of PV panel installation and design of color and material solutions for all internal and external surfaces. The documentation will also address modifications of existing outdoor paved areas and the connection of the building to the transport and technical infrastructure.
