Works for the construction of Stage I of Debrecen, North-West Industrial Park infrastructure.
The planned latency reservoir T-1 j. V = 111 732 m³ is built between the road network on the southern border of the 400 Ha development area and the site boundary, with an average width of Crown of 26 m, the variable 1:6, the variable – depending on its embeddedness – with a copper spike, 0.2 % bottoming, a total length of 2922 fm with a total length of 346.6 fm DN1500 ÜPE, and the enclosed storm drainage channel CS-1 connected to the T-1 reservoir for 84.5 fm.
— The section of sewer Cs-1 in a length of 84.5 m between the reservoir 29 j and the reservoir T-01 j shall be constructed in the framework of phase I in such a way as to ensure the possibility of further construction of the CS-1 sewer,
— During implementation, the accessibility of the North-Western Economic Zone from the D side should be ensured by maintaining the temporary route of transport currently in use. On this section, a storm water reservoir can be constructed if the passage between the reservoir sections in the direction of S is constructed and access is ensured,
— Establish an open stormwater reservoir T-01 by carrying out the necessary earth work and depouring the excavated land to the designated area (Designated area: From D roundabout to DNy). Excavated soil and tops shall be reused before grassing of the reservoir’s copper bed,
— Construction works on the Ny-ield part of the storm water reservoir T-01 j and the 84.5 m section of the CS-1 pipeline could start after the demolition of the affected parts of the pig farm under demolition, expected from the beginning of September.

Section 46(3) of Government Decree (X. 30.).
