Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of materials (according to the needs of the Contracting Authority)
and genetic test reagents, hereinafter referred to as the product range, as described in the tender documentation on the Contracting Authority’s website.
2. All reagents and chemicals and materials bearing descriptive labels in a foreign language must be provided with self-adhesive descriptive labels drafted in addition in Polish, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister for Health of 20 April 2012 on the labelling of hazardous substances and mixtures and certain mixtures (i.e.: OJ Of Laws 2015, item 450).
3. The contracting authority allows the supply of a range of packages of a different number of items in the packaging from the tables indicated in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, but only smaller packages are permitted without infringing the original factory packaging, and the total quantity of the product must be consistent with the total quantity specified by the Contracting Authority in the tender documents.
4. For the range delivered, the Contractor shall give a minimum of 12 monthly guarantees, calculated from the date on which the acceptance report is signed by the parties without any comments.
