Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of equipment as part of the investment entitled: ‘Modernisation of telecommunications infrastructure, retrofitting and reconstruction of the SOR and retrofitting of the diagnostic laboratory cooperating with the SOR in the SPWSZ in Szczecin at Arkońska 4’. 2. The contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ, and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to the FTZ and Annex 1A to the FTZ. 3. The subject of the contract will be implemented within the framework of a specific grant granted for the implementation of the investment entitled: Modernization of telecommunications infrastructure, retrofitting and reconstruction of the SOR and retrofitting of the diagnostic laboratory cooperating with the SOR in the SPWSZ in Szczecin in Lodz. Arkońska 4 in accordance with the agreement under grant agreement No DOI/FM/SMPL/117/MDSOR/2023/91/306 of 22.11.2023 and Annex 1 to the Agreement of 20 December 2024 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
