Description

1. The subject of the contract is the one-off supply, installation and commissioning of equipment for the Inter-University Laboratory in Stalowa Wola.
2. The work/samples carried out by the equipment must be of high precision and reproducibility, which is an extremely important parameter for the research work.
3. Delivery may include equipment with performance better, or at least equivalent in all respects, to those indicated in this
Specifications.
4. Where the Contracting Authority has described the subject-matter of the contract by indicating trade marks, patents or origin, equivalent solutions may be accepted. It shall be for the Contractor to prove that the supplies, services and equipment offered meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority.
5. The equipment offered must be new, free from defects, must comply with quality and technical standards, must not be encumbered with any rights in favour of third parties and must meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority set out in the Specifications of the Relevant Conditions of the Contract.
6. In order to confirm the parameters of the subject-matter of the contract offered, the tender must be accompanied by descriptions in paper form which make it clear that the operational and technical parameters of the equipment offered will comply with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, as set out in the technical specifications (Annex 1).
7. The maintenance of the equipment must be carried out by the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s authorised maintenance partner.

9. The full guarantee period for the equipment of the Inter-University Laboratory in Stalowa Wola must be a minimum of 12 months from the date of signature of the handover and acceptance report, with the exception of items in the technical specifications.

10. The supplier shall provide the Contracting Authority with a guarantee for a minimum period of 12 months for the entire equipment.
11. The contractor will secure the guarantee service for the subject-matter of the contract described by the Technical Specifications. The price of the guarantee service should be included in the price of the offer (Annex 1).
12. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is described in the annex to the ToR – Technical specifications for the supply, installation and commissioning of equipment at the Inter-University Laboratory in Stalowa Wola – Annex 1.
13. Supply and installation: The equipment/apparatus will be installed in the premises of the Technology Incubator in Stalowa Wola. The supplier shall, after signing the contract, specify the conditions to be met in order to allow the installation of the equipment in the Technology Incubator’s premises in Stalowa Wola.
14. The cost of transport, loading and unloading, setting, installing and commissioning equipment for the Inter-University Laboratory in Stalowa Wola shall be borne by the supplier.
15. Construction, assembly and connection documentation must be made available by the Supplier no later than 30 days before the planned date of installation.
16. The installation and acceptance of equipment for the Inter-University Laboratory in Stalowa Wola will be carried out on the basis of
trials as described in Annex 1 on the date agreed between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor.
