NO-Oslo: postal and telecommunications services
HiOA shall enter into a framework agreement for delivery of post, and other postal services, including transport of mail and packages to and from the Norwegian postal services' business center, St. Olav's plass, distribution and collection of mail on internal drop-off points at the university’s campuses, franking of mail and distribution of mass/bulk mail. It is believed that the contract value in a 4-year period will amount to somewhere between 7 000 000 and 8 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. This is only an estimate and is not binding on HiOA.
Start-up of the contract will be 2.6.2012.
The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years with an option for prolongation for a further 1 + 1 year(s).
The procurement is conducted as an open tender contest, in accordance with Part III of the FOA (Law on Public Procurement).

The procurement shall be carried out by using electronic support system for procurements (the procurement implementation system “KGV”).
