Description

The service covers the supervision, administration and coordination of the execution of contracts with works contractors and consists of:
(1) Act as an Engineer in accordance with the conditions developed by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (hereinafter: FIDIC 1999), as appropriate to the contractual specificities of the supervised works;
(2) carrying out investor supervision of works in accordance with the Construction Law Act of 7.7.1994 (Journal of Laws 2010, No 243, item 1623 as amended) and its implementing regulations;
(3) coordination of the implementation of contracts concluded for the modernisation of the railway line in the Iława and LCS Malbork areas;
(4) cooperation with the Project Director and the Contract Managers as part of the implementation of project No 7.1-1.3 of OPI & E, which are responsible, inter alia, for coordinating the activities of the entities involved in the management and implementation of the project;
(5) cooperation with investors and joint coordination of works under contracts carried out by other entities in the area of or in the immediate vicinity of the investment in question;
(6) to provide legal assistance for the effective execution of the works contracts concluded.
