1- Presentation of the need The purpose of this consultation is to meet La Poste's needs for software licences for Support contact tools and associated services. This software solution must in particular: o be in SaaS o offer selfcare and support request user journeys with self remediation/communication services and climbing services with support contact channels. The software solution will be able to expose these pathways (selfcare and support request) to the user in the form of a Portal. In addition, this integrated solution will have to replace the following three existing tools (which are now separate): • the WEB Portal • the Chat Bot • the Live Chat to interact with support advisors The processing of La Poste's personal data, including hosting, storage and/or consultation, must imperatively be located within the European Union (EU), a country of the European Economic Area (EEA), a country recognised as adequate by the European Union.
