Description

La presente contratación tiene por objeto la prestación de un servicio integral de diseño, planificación, ejecución y evaluación del programa MIEB — Móstoles “Impact Entrepreneurship Booster”, iniciativa impulsada por Móstoles Desarrollo Promoción Económica, S.A., orientada al desarrollo del ecosistema emprendedor de impacto en el municipio. El programa tiene como finalidad fomentar la innovación abierta, la colaboración empresarial y el emprendimiento innovador, mediante la conexión efectiva entre startups, empresas locales e inversores, así como el desarrollo de proyectos de alto valor añadido que contribuyan a la competitividad del tejido económico local. El programa MIEB se inicia en el marco de los Laboratorios de Innovación Abierta celebrados en diciembre de 2023 y ha sido desarrollado en dos ediciones previas (2024–2025 y 2025–2026). El presente contrato tiene por objeto la ejecución de su tercera y cuarta edición, con el objetivo de consolidar, escalar y sistematizar los resultados alcanzados, así como reforzar su impacto y proyección.
