The characteristics of the goods requested are indicated in the BPU. Contract concluded in accordance with the open invitation to tender procedure under Articles 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. It is on the basis of order forms pursuant to Article 77 of the same Code. The contract is concluded for the Verdun/Codécom group of Verdun, whose codécom is the coordinator. It consists of a lot 1: electrical equipment and a lot 2 light bulbs. For the city, the maximum is 40 000 (TTC) for 1 and 20 000 (TTC) for Lot 2. For co-descomn, the maximum amounts are 40 000 (TTC) for Lot 1 and 20 000 (TTC) for Lot 2.
