Description

The construction project is a new school building to be built, which is to be classified as a building of a special kind or use (special construction). The building must be classified under building law in building class 5. The building is planned as a hybrid wooden structure, only the components that serve the horizontal bracing are planned in reinforced concrete, e.g. the 4 development cores, cellars, foundations and floor slab. Fire walls are partly intended as KS masonry. Adjacent to the building plot already exists a school, consisting of main building, pavilions, cafeteria / ottoneum and sports hall. The aging ensemble is abandoned and replaced by the new building on the building plot adjacent to the east of the school. The existing sports hall, the canteen and the so-called Ottoneum (music pavilion) will be renovated and integrated into the overall concept.
