Description

The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase and successive supply of dressed materials, broken down into the following lots:
package 1 – non-woven adhesives and on woven fabrics of artificial silk,
package 2 – non-destructive dressings,
package 3 – sterile dressings,
package 4 – haemostatic measures of natural plant origin.
The contractor may only offer products which have been authorised for marketing and use in accordance with the requirements of the Medical Devices Act of 20 May 2010 (Journal of Laws 2019, item 175 as amended).
