Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών εντοπισμού, κινητοποίησης και υποστήριξης, για την επαγγελματική και κοινωνική ένταξη ανέργων νέων με στόχο την προώθηση τους στην απασχόληση στις Περιφέρειες Δυτικής Μακεδονίας και Πελοποννήσου (Δήμοι Μεγαλόπολης, Γορτυνίας, Τρίπολης και Οιχαλίας). Ειδικότερα θα πραγματοποιηθούν ενέργειες εντοπισμού των δυνάμει ωφελούμενων σε συνεργασία με τοπικούς φορείς, ενώ θα παρασχεθούν υπηρεσίες όπως υποδοχή και ενημέρωση ωφελούμενων, διερεύνηση ατομικών αναγκών, συμβουλευτική και ψυχοκοινωνική υποστήριξη, ανάπτυξη και επεξεργασία ατομικού σχεδίου δράσης, δικτύωση με εργοδότες και επιχειρήσεις κλπ.
