Description

The city of Gronau (Westf.) is planning the new construction of the Grüne-Aue-Schule, an elementary school in the city west. For this purpose, the brownfield area of the former railway line between Marschallstraße in the north and Steinstraße and Brookstraße in the south is planned. Here, an area of approximately 5,500 m2 is available for the new construction of the school. The area was used commercially in advance and will be refurbished by a commissioned company before the start of the shell construction work.
