Description

This notice concerns Lot 6 of the Framework Agreement. The lot constitutes a framework agreement within the meaning of Community Directive 2004/18/EC of 31 March 2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Article 76 of the CMP. Each lot shall be concluded for four years from the date of its notification. Subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of those contracts are purchase orders within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code. The services required under Lot 6 are set out in Section V of this notice.
