Description

The purpose of the concession contract is to entrust the Concessionaire with the management and operation of the boutique bookshops of the Palais Garnier, the Opéra Bastille, and the online shop of the Opéra national de Paris "boutique.operadeparis.fr". The contract will take effect from the date of its notification. Upon notification of the contract, a period of preparation, fitting-out and implementation of the Services will begin. The operation of the Services as defined in the contract will begin no later than February 1, 2024. The concession contract is concluded for a firm period of eight (8) years and six (6) months from the date of commencement of operation of the service, i.e. until 31 July 2032.
