Description

The subject of the contract is a contract for the provision of services relating to the taking out of insurance for the fleet of De Vlaamse Waterweg nv and an insurance for omnium service contracts. The services include taking out insurance for the motor vehicle fleet of De Vlaamse Waterweg nv and an insurance omnium service assignments. The subject-matter of the contract consists of two sub-contracts. On the one hand, taking out an insurance that applies to the motor vehicle fleet of De Vlaamse Waterweg nv, which is used exclusively for non-remunerated transport, both passengers and goods. The guarantees to be provided are as follows: Obligatory tender for - Civil liability - Legal aid - Omnium service travel On the other hand, the conclusion of an insurance omnium service assignments, which provides cover for vehicles of staff, mandataries, volunteers and trainees during journeys in employment on behalf of the policyholder, to the exclusion of any movement on the work route, unless otherwise provided. The global contract shall be concluded for a period of three years and shall be tacitly renewable for one year. Thus, the maximum duration of the agreement is 4 calendar years. The contract may be terminated provided that the tenderer gives six months' notice.
