Description

1. Subject of contract: the subject-matter of the contract is the supply of laptops to judicial units in the appeal area of Kraków, Wrocławska and Łódzkie, together with the provision of guarantee services.
The required warranty period for the equipment offered in each part of the procedure shall be at least 36 months.
The required battery warranty period for the equipment offered in each part of the procedure shall be at least 36 months.
The subject-matter of the contract was divided into 2 lots:
Part 1: laptop Type 1 – Standard – Delivery includes the number of items: 375;
Part 2: laptop type 2 – above standard – delivery includes the number of items: 39.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, broken down by lot, is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. The quantity of equipment supplied under the contract to individual locations broken down by lot, together with delivery addresses, is indicated in the list of delivery locations – Annex 7 to the ToR.
