Description

The subject of the public contract is the performance of the function of the building manager in connection with the planned construction of a new Home for Seniors Beef, using the so-called Design & Build method. The subject of the public contract is the performance of the function of the construction manager, whose activity consists in: a) supervision in the processing of project documentation/removal of defects in project documentation already submitted by the contracting authorities; b) technical supervision of the builder during construction (TDS); c) coordination of health and safety at work on the construction site in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., regulating other requirements for health and safety at work in employment relations and on ensuring health and safety in activities or the provision of services outside employment relations (Act on ensuring other conditions for health and safety at work), as amended; d) coordination of the construction of the Home for Seniors Beef. This includes, in particular: i. the activity of the construction manager as part of the project preparation, i.e. checking the project documentation for the issuance of the building permit (DSP) and the project documentation for the implementation of the construction (DPS) and coordinating the activities on behalf of the contracting authority in the framework of the Design & Build project; ii. the activity of the construction manager within the construction, i.e. supervision of the timely and high-quality execution of the construction and control of the project documentation of the actual execution of the construction (DSPS) and iii. the activity of the coordinator of the construction and health and safety at work on the construction site (OSH).
