Description

This contract comprises a flat-rate preventive maintenance component and a corrective maintenance part and new works, at unit prices (order forms).
The part with order forms (according to BPU) concerns corrective maintenance and new works. Prices are unit prices. The minimum and maximum amounts are as follows: A minimum of EUR 55 000 excluding tax and a maximum of EUR 200 000 excluding tax.
This contract is awarded for a period of one year, renewable 3 times an additional year by express renewal, but the total duration of the contract may not exceed 4 years.
Applicants must carry out an on-site visit. Candidates will contact the Secretariat of the Buildings Directorate on + 33 134382025 in order to foresee the date of these visits.
The last visits will take place up to 2 working days before the date of submission of tenders.
At the end of the visits, an inspection certificate will be issued.
The original of this certificate will be requested when submitting the tender.
