1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of pumps for mechanical support of the left ventricle of the heart compatible with the control consoles Automated Impella Controller prod. Abiomed being the property of the Ordering Party. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2A to the SWZ (which is also an assortment and price form). 2.
