The subject of the contract is the selection of the Financing Partner (the entity implementing the Financial Instrument, the Contractor), to whom BGK (the Contracting Authority) will entrust for remuneration the task of establishing and managing the Social Capital Fund in the form of a special purpose vehicle or an Alternative Investment Company (ASI).
