Description

Durch die Gewährung von Investitionsbeihilfen sollen die im Landkreis Emsland gelegenen, noch unterversorgten Teilnehmeranschlüsse im Wege der weiteren Verdichtung des Breitbandausbaus über ein NGA-Netz erschlossen werden. Insgesamt ca. 2 400 Teilnehmer sollen mit einer leistungsfähigen Breitbandinfrastruktur versorgt werden. Der Netzbetreiber ist verpflichtet, die Breitbandinfrastruktur zu errichten, aktive Komponenten zu installieren, in Betrieb zu nehmen und für eine Mindestdauer von 7 Jahren zu betreiben.
