Description

Due to newly designated construction areas for apartments in the urban area of the city of Ebersberg and an increased number of children, the need for childcare places will increase in the coming years. In addition, an interim construction is required for the construction of an existing Catholic kindergarten at short notice, for which the new day care center is planned. The city of Ebersberg therefore intends to build a new daycare centre on the Ringstraße in Ebersberg in wood modular construction. The building plot (Flur No. 765/1 and 767, district Ebersberg) is located in the immediate vicinity of the natural monument Hupfauer Höhe. The facility is intended for 174 children with 2 crèche groups, 2 kindergarten groups and 4 hoarding groups and is realized in a two-storey building. The building is to be equipped with a residential floor for a later increase. The subject of the contract is the planning as well as the construction of the new building ready for occupation and operation on the basis of a functional service description. Approval planning and building permits are available. The outdoor facilities (GaLaBau) are awarded separately, with the exception of temporary measures and electrical installations in the outdoor facilities. Execution is scheduled to start in January 2027. The start of use will take place by 10.01.2028 at the latest.
