Description

Neubau einer 8-gruppigen Kita als Ersatzgebäude der Kita Blandine-Merten-Haus, die beim Ahrhochwasser 2021 zerstört wurde. - 2-geschossiger Baukörper in Massivbauweise mit WDVS, z. T. Holzfassade - Baugrundstück ca. 4.465 m². - Nettoraumfläche von rund 1.925 m². - Kita-Plätzen Platz für 25 U3-Kinder und 150 Ü3-Kinder. - Hochwasserangepasste Bauweise im Überschwemmungsgebiet - Fernwärme und PV - Zentrale Lüftungsanlage Im Rahmen des Los 16 - Photovoltaik ist folgende Beschaffung erforderlich: Für den Ersatzneubau der zweigeschossigen Kita Blandine-Merten-Haus wird eine dachdurchdringungsfreie Photovoltaik-Anlage für die Montage auf dem Flachdach ausgeschrieben. Zu den wesentlichen Leistungen gehören die Unterkonstruktion, PV-Module, Wechselrichter, sowie Ausbau der Kabelwege auf dem Dach und Verlegung der Kabel und Leitungen inkl. Anschluss an eine vorhandene Niederspannungshauptverteilung. Weiterhin sind Abstimmungen mit dem Netzbetreiber zu treffen, die Anlage in Betrieb zu nehmen und dem Kunden zu übergeben.
