Description

Ex-Post Bekanntmachung über einen vergebenen Auftrag!
In dem offenen Verfahren wird der Abschluss einer unentgeltlichen Rahmenvereinbarung über das Leasing von Fahrrädern ausgeschrieben Dieser Rahmenvertrag soll für 48 Monate geschlossen werden. Der AG schließt auf Grundlage der Rahmenvereinbarung für jedes von einem Beschäftigten bestellte Fahrrad einen Einzelleasingvertrag mit dem AN als Leasinggeber ab. Korrespondierend hierzu stellt der AG seinen bestellberechtigten Beschäftigten auf Wunsch ein Fahrrad nach § 63 a Straßenverkehrs-Zulassungsordnung ohne und mit Motorunterstützung bis 25 km/h - sog. Pedelecs - (im Folgenden: Fahrrad) zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung unter Beachtung des Tarifvertrages zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Zwecke des Leasings von Fahrrädern im kommunalen öffentlichen Dienst (TV-Fahrradleasing) vom 25.10.2020 zur Verfügung. Die Rechte und Pflichten zwischen dem AG und seinen Beschäftigten in Bezug auf das Fahrrad und insbesondere die Gehaltsumwandlung werden dabei in einer Überlassungsvereinbarung geregelt.
