District Mannheim and Heidelberg, Framework Agreements Mannheim and Heidelberg Office, Architect reading according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI, City of Mannheim, Heidelberg and Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, District VBBW Amt Mannheim and Heidelberg, Intended is the commissioning of property planning services for buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1 of the current HOAI as a framework agreement. In the areas of the cities of Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar district, the Office of Mannheim and Heidelberg carries out all construction measures of the state of Baden-Württemberg.
