The subject-matter of the contract includes the supply, on request, of various types of medical instruments described in detail in the Technical Specification – Annex 1. The scope of the order includes delivery to the warehouse of the Contracting Authority and unloading of the quantity of products delivered under a given order. If a tenderer does not bid for one or more products of the lot in which it participates, it will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. In case a participant bids one or more products of the lot in which it participates, but the same do not meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority, it is assumed that the complexity has not been respected and the participant will be excluded from the procedure for the specific lot. The contracting authority divided the contract into 18 lots. Lots No 1 ÷ No 8 are detailed in the Technical Specification. On the basis of Article 21(6) of the PPA, Lots No 9 to No 13 will be awarded by collecting tenders with a notice, as they have an estimated value of BGN 50 000 to BGN 100 000 excluding VAT and fall within the scope of Article 21(3)(2) of the PPA, and Lots No 14 to No 18 will be awarded by direct award, as they have an estimated value of less than BGN 50 000 excluding VAT and fall within the scope of Article 20(4)(3) of the PPA.
