Description

The subject of the contract is the replacement of existing upgraded fossil fuel boilers by wood biomass boilers and the supply of heat for a period of 15 years, per contracting entity or lot, and includes:
— the drawing up of the design documentation, including the obtaining of a building and operating permit, in so far as this is necessary for the implementation of the project, in the light of the technical solution chosen by the tenderer – the contractor;
— production of maintenance and operating instructions,
— construction of fire safety designs for the works covered by this invitation to tender,
—reformation of the fire safety study and the fire safety statement, to the extent necessary for the implementation of the project, in the light of the technical solution chosen by the contractor,
— carrying out the construction works of artisanal and installation of the replacement of existing boilers by new boilers,
— one year trial operation,
— the supply of an energy product and the operation of a new boiler plant for a period of 15 years, including one year’s trial operation.
