Description

UWV is voornemens om rond september 2022 een opdracht in de markt te zetten voor het leveren en implementeren van een CRM-applicatie zodat wij onze maatwerk applicatie kunnen uitfaseren.
De aanbesteding bevindt zich op dit moment in de voorbereidende fase. UWV wil graag een aantal inhoudelijke afwegingen bespreken met de markt en heeft dit vertaald naar een aantal vragen. De input wordt gebruikt voor de uiteindelijke offerte-uitvraag aan de markt.
De beschrijving van de huidige situatie en de (voorlopige) gewenste oplossing is in de bijlage opgenomen.
