The procurement will result in a framework agreement where a number of suppliers through reopening of competition meet the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's need for domestic charter flights. At each call-off, all successful suppliers will be consulted and the tenderer who submitted the most economically advantageous tender with the award basis price will be awarded the contract and may perform the contract.
