The contracting entity hereby wishes to conclude a contract for design services to draw up the documents necessary for the implementation of the project ‘Reconductor and Rehabilitation LEA 220 kV d.c. Porțile de Fier- Reșița’. The documents to be drawn up under the sectoral procurement contract are: Feasibility Study (SF), with Technical Expertise (ET) included; Documentation for obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate, including obtaining the UC; Documentation to obtain all the opinions and agreements required by the UC, respectively required by other applicable legal regulations, including their obtaining (consideration will also be given to the situation in which the SF solutions will require the installation of new poles on new sites, and in this case the Documentation for obtaining the HG of land expropriation, necessary for obtaining the Building Permit, will also have to be drawn up); Technical Execution Project (PTE); Project to authorise the execution of construction works (PAC) and Project to authorise the execution of dismantling works (PAD), including obtaining them. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 17 days. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, in two stages, as follows: - on the 17th clalendaristic day after publication of the contract notice and - on the 11th clalendaristic day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications sent by economic operators by the deadline set, in accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016.
