Description

Overall purpose of the tender
The municipality of Roskilde wishes to reinstall and expand existing facilities in Roskilde municipality through a framework agreement with a supplier.
The existing ITV plants are all analogue plants.
Roskilde Municipality wants future new installations and extension of existing installations to be IP-based and therefore not directly compatible with existing ones.
The municipality of Roskilde will thus have the possibility in future centrally to monitor and manage all future VT installations from a single interface.
In the future, the municipality of Roskilde itself wishes to be able to carry out general service and maintenance of ITV installations.
Volume of supply
The duration of the framework agreement will be 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 x 12 months.
The total investment level for ITV has so far been approximately DKK 600 000 years.
The services are expected to be purchased regularly within the framework contract on the basis of hourly and unit prices offered.
