Description
The purpose of this consultation is to award a framework agreement for the supply of fuel, charging at an electric charging station and associated services by flow-through cards. This framework agreement is concluded for a grouping of orders whose coordinator is Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération which ensures the award of this framework agreement. The members of the group are the following legal persons: Arpajon, Avrainville, Brétigny-sur-Orge, Breuillet, Bruyères-le-Châtel, Cheptainville, Coeur d'Essonne Agglomération (coordinator of the group), Régie publique de l'eau de CDEA, Egly, Guibeville, Marolles-en-Hurepoix, La Norville, Le Plessis-Pâté, Saint-Germain-lès-Arpajon, Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, Villiers-sur-Orge. The framework agreement, consisting of a single lot, is executed by issuing order forms as and when required. The services are defined in the Special Technical Specifications (STS). The services will be remunerated by applying to the quantities actually carried out the unit prices fixed in the act of undertaking. The framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount fixed for the contract and for each member of the group. The maximum value of the contract is fixed at EUR 3 824 000 (excluding VAT) for its entire duration (including renewal periods). The maximum amounts fixed for each member shall be indicated in the act of commitment. The Framework Agreement shall be concluded for an initial period from 01/01/2027 or from the date of notification of the Framework Agreement, whichever is the later. The initial period runs until 31/12/2027 inclusive. The framework agreement may be renewed three times for successive periods of one year.
