1. Świadczenie kompleksowych usług żywieniowych dla pacjentów Pomorskiego Centrum Reumatologicznego im. dr Jadwigi Titz-Kosko w Sopocie sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Sopocie na bazie przejętych pomieszczeń kuchni wraz z dzierżawą powierzchni na działalność gastronomiczną.
2. Przystępując do przetargu wykonawca jest zobowiązany wnieść wadium w wysokości: wysokość wadium dla całości zamówienia wynosi 50 000,00 PLN (słownie: pięćdziesiąt tysięcy złotych 00/100).
