Job mastering follow-up - Oslo
Nav Oslo shall procure the Job Market Measure Job Mastering Follow-up for persons with serious mental health problems who need more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Job mastering follow-up shall provide assistance with the intention that participants get and/or containers, paid work. The aim is that participants shall as far as possible be self-supported with a stable connection to working life. Job mastering follow-up can include, among other things, work-orientated guidance and cognitive training with the aim of strengthening the participant's work ability, work practice at employers in ordinary working life, career guidance, assistance with targeting job search and job development, guidance and advice for work participation, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work to facilitate transitions to work and ensure job maintainance. Further specifications of the service requirements are in the requirement specifications in the tender documentation Part III, annex 1.
