Description

The Diözesane Immobilien-Stiftung (AG for short) intends to carry out the general renovation, modernisation and adaptation of the campus for education and science of the diocese of Linz at the Salesianumweg 3 site in A-4020 Linz. For the implementation of the above-mentioned project, comprehensive project management services (‘ProjektsteuerungPlus’) were therefore tendered for this project in the present procurement procedure, which in any case include the performance characteristics of extensive construction and user-side project management.
