The subject of the public procurement is the furnishing and construction/installation of the furniture of the Health Culture Centre – Janković Cabuna Castle Janković Castle in Cabuna was built at the end of the 19th century. The building is located on the plot no. 607/2 k.o. Cabuna, at the address Countova ulica 14, Cabuna. With the project task, the existing building is reconstructed in a way that it is converted into a Health Culture Centre. The centre is conceived as an independent complex for the economic culture and heritage of the area through an interactive exhibition on the ground floor. In the basement, in the northern wing of the building, there are commercial spaces such as a technical room, waste, a workshop of a homemaster, wardrobes of technical staff with a separate entrance. Below the basement is a polygon for physical activity and children’s education, as well as a children’s polygon on ‘How did our ancestors play?’ with toys made of wood, such as a traditional wooden horse, a wooden dollhouse, a slingshot, a bow and an arrow. In the continuation of the children's polygon, four different playrooms for children are set up. In the first playroom there will be the game ‘Man Don’t Get Angry!’ in life size and wooden swings, in the second playroom tables and chairs for children’s games and entertainment, in the third playroom the carriage on rails with electric-powered horses and a wooden carousel, and in the fourth playroom the climbing wall, hay bales suitable for children’s skipping games, tents for children and a 4-part swimming pool with balls, and in the rest of the basement there are sanitary facilities and vertical communications. On the ground floor there is a main entrance for which the existing entrance located in the courtyard of the building (north wing) is used, which is led by a ramp adapted for people with disabilities. Right next to the main entrance and reception there is a main staircase with an elevator, sanitary facilities, wardrobe and souvenir shop. In the central part of the ground floor there will be a café bar with a space for a "wine tour" where several types of "homemade" wines as well as local healthy food will be presented and tasted with the aim of promoting domestic production and products of the Slavonian and Podravina region and lounge opposite them as a representative info space with tablets. On the area of the cafe bar and wine presentation (on the western façade) there is a terrace with an exit to the outdoor court. The first floor space located only above the central part of the castle is intended for office spaces with a kitchenette and a representative large and small cultural and presentation hall that will serve for educational content, presentations, professional lectures with the associated lobby and sanitary facilities of users. As part of the interior design and equipping of the Janković Castle, an outdoor playground for children will be equipped. In addition to the castle's display, all the premises will be equipped with modern furniture. The technological equipment of the café bar, wine shop and kitchenette will be installed with all accompanying machines such as dishwashers, built-in refrigerators, ice makers, etc. A more detailed presentation of the equipment is given by descriptions of cost items and detailed floor plans and schemes.
