Description

Die Firma Salza- Tours König OHG führt Personenbeförderungsleistungen im ÖPNV im Auftrage des Unstrut- Hainich- Kreises durch und unterhält zur Durchführung dieser Leistungen als Sektorenauftraggeber nach § 100 Abs.1 Nr.2b GWB Niederflur- Elektroomnibusse. Zur Aufladung der Batterien derselben ist ein Netzanschluss herzustellen, zu dem der Gesetzgeber in der "VGerordnung über Allgemeine Bedingungen für den Netzanschluss und dessen Nutzung (NAV)" festlegt, dass die Herstellung oder Änderung eines Netzanschlusses durch den Netzbetrieber- in diesem Falle die NETZE Bad Langensalza GmbH- zu erfolgen hat. Die §§6 und 7 legen dazu die Verfahrensweise fest.
