Description

De opdracht omvat de aankoop van een softwarepakket die de 'zonale dispatch' van de
hulpverleningszone ondersteunt bij het plannen, uitsturen en actief opvolgen van verschillende
interventieploegen van de brandweer.
De dispatcher heeft hierbij steeds een duidelijk zicht op de lopende interventies, de wachtrij volgens
interventietypes, ... De oplossing bestaat minimaal uit een app, website, cliëntapplicatie en een
externe watchdog.
De Opdrachtnemer staat in voor de installatie van zijn oplossing (migratietraject). De Opdrachtnemer
staat verder in voor het voorzien van de benodigde architectuur in de public Cloud.
Tenslotte beidt de Opdrachtnemer een ondersteuning die gebaseerd is op een onderhoudscontract.
Concreet omvat de opdracht minstens de volgende zaken:
▪ Levering, installatie en implementatie van een dispatchingstool voor een hulpverleningszone;
▪ Voorzien van de nodige relevante opleidingen;
▪ Een op een SLA gebaseerde ondersteuning;
▪ Migratietraject huidige situatie naar nieuwe implementatie;
▪ Voorzien architectuur in de public Cloud.
