L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 Lot(s) : - lot 1 : Transport et manutention des boues et du compost de la station d'épuration de Gap - lot 2 : Epandage des boues des stations d'épuration de la Communauté d'Agglomération Gap Tallard Durance - suivi agronomique et assistance technique Chaque lot fera l'objet d'un accord-cadre. Les candidats ont la possibilité de soumettre des offres pour tous les lots. Le montant de la période initiale des prestations de l'accord-cadre est défini comme suit : Montant maximum HT : Lot 1 : 200 000 euro(s) HT Lot 2 : 600 000 euro(s) HT Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique
