Description

Die Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken beabsichtigen, auf dem Gelände des Bezirksklinikums in Ansbach eine Klinik für Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie errichten zu lassen mit 30 Betten. Dieser Neubau bietet 13 neue Betten und 17 Ersatzbetten für den bestehenden Klinikfertigbau Haus 20J, dessen Betriebsgenehmigung im Oktober 2016 ausläuft und der daher rückgebaut wird. Beim Neubau beträgt der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 13 000 m³, die Bruttogeschoßfläche ca. 3 600 m², beim abzubrechenden Klinikfertigbau ca. 1 700 m³ und ca. 500 m². Gegenstand der vorliegenden Vergabe ist die Gebäudeautomation für dieses Vorhaben.
