De opgave is een bouwkundig en technische adviesopdracht binnen een strak tijdschema ten behoeve van tijdelijke kantoorhuisvesting voor een Rijksdienst in een huurpand op een centraal gelegen plek in Den Haag. De opgave betreft het aanpassen van een inbouwpakket door het uitwerken van een Definitief ontwerp en Technisch ontwerp (inclusief bouwkundige revisieset). N.B. Deze opdracht bevat geen architectuur component. Oppervlakte: circa 6.300 m2 BVO Disciplines: bouwkunde, bouwfysica, brandveiligheid, beveiliging, W- en E-installaties, ICT, data, monumenten
