Description
Provision of catering services for the institutions of the Municipality of Budakeszi, as well as technical and kitchen technology renovation and operation of existing cooking and serving kitchens for a fixed period of 10 years under a concession contract. Providing public catering services in the public education, child welfare and social institutions of the Municipality of Budakeszi, located in the administrative area of the Municipality of Budakeszi. The Contractor is responsible for preparing the meals and transporting them to the Customer's heating kitchens. The number of institutions listed may change during the term of the contract. The winning bidder is free to use and utilize the extra capacity not booked with this service, either locally or for take-away. Since the investment will only be recovered from the additional revenue resulting from the utilisation of the capacity extension, the extent and manner of utilisation is a risk for the successful tenderer. The contracting authority shall not restrict the business activities of the successful tenderer in respect of any number of portions exceeding the number of portions covered by this procurement. The price of the energy and utilities services arising during the activity shall be borne by the successful bidder on the basis of actual usage. The successful tenderer shall bear exclusively the risk of operating the cooking kitchen. The contracting authority shall only pay the consideration calculated on the basis of the raw material and production tariffs of the batch numbers ordered by it and actually delivered by the successful tenderer.
