Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na kompleksowym sprzątaniu w budynku Wydziału Biologii i Biotechnologii Uniwersytetu Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej przy ul. Akademickiej 19 w Lublinie.
Szczegółowy opis dotyczący przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku do SIWZ.
Powierzchnia do sprzątania 12 225,26 m2.
Szczegółowy zakres sprzątania znajduje się w Harmonogramie sprzątania.
Budynek, w którym będzie wykonywana usługa posiada 4 kondygnacje nadziemne oraz 2 kondygnacje podziemne, w którym znajdują się następujące pomieszczenia objęte usługą sprzątania:
Sale wykładowe, sale ćwiczeń, pomieszczenia administracyjne, pokoje biurowe, laboratoria, korytarze, klatki schodowe, windy, pomieszczenia gospodarcze, pracownie komputerowe, szklarnie, toalety.
