Description

Het voorwerp van de raamovereenkomst betreft aankoop door de aanbestedende overheid Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) van PC’s, portables, monitors, docking stations en accessoires (zoals muis, toetsenbord, ...), die door de opdrachtnemer met support en service ondersteund worden. De initiële contractduur van de opdracht is vier jaar met twee mogelijke verlengingen van telkens 1 jaar tot een maximale contractduur van zes jaar. De verlengingen gebeuren op basis van de Wet van 17 juni 2016, artikel 57, tweede lid van de wet overheidsopdrachten. De verlenging houdt in dat de contractuele voorwaarden ongewijzigd blijven. In occasionele gezamenlijke opdracht schrijft UZ Brussel (UZB) in op deze opdracht. De Aanbestedende Overheid is op geen enkele wijze aansprakelijk voor de inhoud en afhandeling van de aanvragen van UZ Brussel De opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 “Apparatuur gebaseerd op Microsoft Windows besturingssysteem” Perceel 2 “Apparatuur uit het Apple gamma” De kandidaat kan een aanvraag tot deelneming indienen voor één of voor meerdere percelen. De kandidaten dienen er rekening mee te houden dat elk perceel apart kan worden toegewezen. Plaatsen van dienstverlening: Vrije Universiteit Brussel (www.vub.be) - Directie ICT, Pleinlaan 2 B-1050 Brussel UZ Brussel (www.uzbrussel.be), Laarbeeklaan 101 B-1090 Brussel Inschatting van de afname per perceel VUB + UZB gedurende de volledige looptijd van het contract (zonder verplichting): Perceel Benaming Raming per perceel 1 Apparatuur gebaseerd op Microsoft Windows besturingssysteem 11.000.000,- € 2 Apparatuur uit het Apple gamma 1.500.000,- €
