In connection with the tendering of waste disposal services in the North Denmark Region, it will be possible to inspect land registers, cf. Appendix 3 - Inspection plan in week 26. As the complete tender documents are expected to be published in week 24, the tenderer is hereby informed of the inspection if he wishes to participate in it. At the same time, it is pointed out that it is not a condition of making an offer that you participate in the inspection, and that you cannot inspect the Ordering Party's land registers at a later date. Please note that it will not be possible to ask questions about the tender documents during the inspection, as questions must be submitted in writing (cf. point 5.1 of the tender specifications). Please register for inspection no later than the time indicated in the timetable, indicating the company name and the number of participants to the contact person indicated in point 2 via the CTM.
